Google Play has many android scientific calculators. Following are the best I found.

1) RealMax Scientific Calculator

This is the most user friendly application I found. I think this is user friendly because I have used to use Casio Scientific Calculator in the college. This app has mostly used functionalists same as in physical calculator.

Couldn't found a name but this also has some good feature set and user friendly.
